A brief story of Wyndhams
Wyndhams is a bespoke catering business, built on great seasonal produce and a love for making people happy. We draw inspiration from a variety of different cuisines, each suited to every kind of occasion or celebration.
Daniel grew up around a great culture of food in Shropshire where his parents had several fine dining establishments. He’s worked across various disciplines of hospitality over the years, and honed his love and craft of cooking into several passion projects. Following that hosting pop up restaurants, writing a cookbook and more recently establishing Wyndhams.
He is based in London and a very active researcher of Londons new and ever expanding food scene.
Daniel Brooks
Benoit comes from Burgundy, France where he was around great food and produce growing up. His grandparents had a farm, and so he’s more than familiar with the start to the end of seasonal eating.
He’s now spent 16 years in London and continues to pursue a great love of new cuisine and cooking, helping with pop up restaurants, and Wyndhams.
